How we workOur approach, in depth
At Little Luminaries, therapy is never about drills, pressure, or compliance. We believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and seen. Our work is strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in play, relationship, and natural language modeling, not demands.
If you join our team, you’ll be stepping into a practice built around these same values: reducing demands rather than adding them, honoring every form of communication as legitimate, and treating families as the experts on their own children.
